1. Eligibility
- Giveaway 1 (Instagram, Website and Event Day Giveaway):
Open to residents of the United States, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, or family members of North Ave Eye Care Optometry are not eligible to participate in this giveaway. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
- Giveaway 2 (Event-Day Giveaway):
Open to individuals who attend the Eye wear Trunk Show at North Ave Eye Care Optometry and provided their contact information on March at 209 North Ave, New Rochelle, New York. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
- Giveaway 3 (Contact Lenses Giveaway):
Open to individuals who are already wearing contact lenses. Participants must bring in their current (must be valid for at least one year) contact lens prescription to receive a FREE trial lens sample. This giveaway is limited to contact lenses available in-store at the time of the event and is subject to availability.
2. How to Enter
- Giveaway 1 (Website & Instagram Giveaway):
- Website: To enter, visit us at https://northaveeyecare.com and complete the entry form by scrolling down to CONTACT US, click on SEND A MESSAGE on the home page, submit your contact information as required, type GIVEAWAY in the message box.
- Instagram: To enter, follow us on Instagram, like the giveaway post, tag 2 friends in the comments, and share the post to your stories (be sure to tag us).
- You can enter both on Instagram and through the website for multiple chances to win.
- Event Day: Provide your contact information and attend our truck show.
- Giveaway 2 (Event-Day Giveaway):
- To enter, simply attend North Ave Eye Care Optometry event on March 7th, 2025. All attendees at the event will automatically be entered into the giveaway for a chance to win, once your contact information is provided to us.
- Giveaway 3 (Contact Lenses Giveaway):
- Only available to current contact lens wearers.
- Bring your current contact lens prescription to one of our staff members to receive a FREE trial lens sample (subject to availability).
- Only trial contact lenses available or in stock on the day of the event will be offered. Participants must be wearing contact lenses to be eligible.
3. Giveaway Prize(s)
- Giveaway 1 (Instagram, Website and Event Day Giveaway):
The winner of this giveaway will receive a PRADA sunglasses.
The prize must be redeemed at North Ave Eye Care Optometry after the winner is contacted within 5 business days after the event.
- Giveaway 2 (Event-Day Giveaway):
The winner of the event-day giveaway will receive one (1) pair of designer eye wear (optical or sunglasses) of your choice from brands including: TOM FORD, OLIVER PEOPLES, RAY-BAN & MICHAEL KORS, with an eye wear professional to assist with choosing the perfect pair. *Some Brand exceptions apply.
The prize must be redeemed at the event on the day of the trunk show. The winner will select their frame at the event.
- Giveaway 3 (Contact Lenses Giveaway):
Once eligibility is met, receive a FREE trial lens sample based on your current contact lens prescription (subject to availability).
Only available for trial lenses we have in stock at the event.
4. Winner Selection
- Giveaway 1 (Website & Instagram Giveaway):
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received via Instagram, Website and event day entries. The winner will be contacted via email, phone or direct message on Instagram within 5 business days of the giveaway closing. The winner must claim their prize within 5 days after being contacted or an alternate winner will be selected.
- Giveaway 2 (Event-Day Giveaway):
The winner will be randomly selected from all attendees at the trunk show. The winner must be present at the event to claim their prize. If the winner is not present at the time of the drawing, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Giveaway 3 (Contact Lenses Giveaway):
The contact lenses giveaway is available to individuals who are already wearing contact lenses and have brought in their current prescription. If eligible, participants can select from trial lenses available in-store on the event day (subject to availability).
5. Notification of Winner
- Giveaway 1 (Website & Instagram Giveaway):
The winner will be notified via email or phone (for website entries) or Instagram direct message (for Instagram entries). The winner will have 5 business days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time-frame, an alternate winner will be selected.
- Giveaway 2 (Event-Day Giveaway):
The winner will be announced during the trunk show event on March 7th, 2025. The winner must be present to claim their prize. If the winner is not present, an alternate winner will be drawn immediately.
- Giveaway 3 (Contact Lenses Giveaway):
Eligible participants will receive trial lenses once selected and available.
6. Event Attendance Requirement
- Giveaway 1 (Instagram, Website, Event Day Giveaway):
Attending the trunk show is not required to enter or win the Instagram, Website and Event Day giveaway, though we encouraged you to join the fun at the event.
- Giveaway 2 (Event-Day Giveaway):
To qualify for the event-day giveaway, participants must provide their contact information and attend the Eye wear Trunk Show on March 7th, 2025.
- Giveaway 3 (Contact Lenses Giveaway):
Must be a current contact lens wearer to be eligible for the trial lens giveaway. This is only available for trial lenses we have in stock at the event.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to provide accurate and complete information. Personal data (name, email, etc.) will be used for communication regarding the giveaway and future promotions. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
- Giveaway 1 (Website & Instagram Giveaway): The data collected will be used solely for this giveaway and future marketing purposes.
- Giveaway 2 (Event-Day Giveaway): Attendees will have their contact information collected for event check-in and entry into the giveaway. Your data may also be used to send event-related updates or future marketing purposes.
- Giveaway 3 (Contact Lenses Giveaway): Your contact lens prescription data will be collected solely for the purpose of providing trial lenses during the event.
8. Liability and Release
By participating in these giveaways, entrants agree to release and hold harmless North Ave Eye Care Optometry, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize. North Ave Eye Care Optometry is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or failures during the entry process.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow North Ave Eye Care Optometry to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without any additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. This may include posts on social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
10. General Terms
- Giveaway 1: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is released from any liability related to the giveaway.
- Giveaway 2: North Ave Eye Care Optometry reserves the right to cancel or modify the event or giveaway at any time if technical failures, fraud, or other circumstances arise that could affect the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.
- Giveaway 3: The contact lenses trial giveaway is only available for lenses we have in stock during the event. This giveaway is subject to availability and eligibility.
- Changes: Any changes or updates to the terms and conditions will be posted on the giveaway page.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York/USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
